Biggs Museum Artist awards delaware live

A story I shot, wrote, and edited while working as a freelancer with news outlet Delaware Live, this video highlights several winners of the Delaware Division of the Arts 2024 Artist Fellowship. In addition to receiving financial support for future projects, each winner’s work was showcased in a local museum for a short period. I had the opportunity to speak with several such artists during this time, discussing the ideas and inspirations that influenced their creations.

This video was part of a series that ran from 2024-2025 on feel-good happenings in the Delaware area. Each story was linked in the digital newspaper’s week-in-review mailer, ultimately growing the organization’s YouTube subscriber count by over 6000%. Producing this series also played an integral role in expanding my comfort level capturing content publicly.
